You can learn more about the world of OMV below: **Our business** **Your role**: Join the OMV Strategy team and help the Group in its transformational journey In this position you will manage large strategic projects, OMV’s strategic portfolio and support capital allocation decisions. - Leads complex strategic projects within the department and cross departments and businesses as part of the strategy implementation of OMV group (Project teams of 25+ team members, with a value of EUR >50 mn). - Drives the recurring strategy review efforts from initiation to Supervisory Board approval in close cooperation with the business segments - Define, develop and manage regularly the Group Strategic Portfolio to ensure OMV meets its strategic targets. Advise and provide strategic recommendations to management (Executive Board and Senior Vice Presidents) - Build and constantly update the opportunity pipeline for the Group, with targets above EUR 50 mn, for Joint Venture, M&A and divestment options and provide recommendations to the management - Support Group Strategy and business segments in mapping out the strategic objectives - Develop presentations and reports as appropriate for various stakeholders, including for Executive Board and Supervisory Board - Develop strategic analysis as requested by Senior Vice President strategy, CEO and CFO **Your profile**: - You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Chemicals - You have minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience - A broad technical and commercial understanding, relevant background and experience - Extensive professional experience, with either a background in management consulting or relevant industry experience, ideally in an international setting - Experience in project management, strategy development, portfolio management and financial analysis - Profound understanding of the process of setting-up a Joint Venture and/or the M&A process - Proven experience in complex valuation and financial modelling - Experience of working in an international matrix organization - Thorough understanding of the obligations of a listed company on the stock exchange - Effective spoken and written English, excellent communication, analytical and visualization skills **What to expect from OMV**: - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
