The Purpose of the role:
As our all-rounder you will be 100% part of the sales team and support both the gastronomy and trade channels in Austria and Switzerland. You will have touchpoints with our trade marketing, customer satisfaction, credit & collection and logístical teams. Therefore, you will be in contact with various colleagues and partners in Austria and abroad every day. You can expect a diverse range of tasks with the following core responsibilities:
The role:

- Database management and reporting
- Organizing appointments, as well as data and document management
- Invoice verification, and full invoicing process management
- Organizational tasks as well as supporting meetings, events, presentations
- General administrative tasks
- Office management tasks

Who we’re looking for:

- Professional experience in the administrative field is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Very good MS Office skills
- Willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
- Take ownership of projects and show flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
- Know how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Very organized and structured
- Mandatory languages: German, English
