At MEON, we develop, manufacture and market high-quality, modern and innovative medical devices in the field of in vitro diagnostics for professional use in clinics, medical laboratories and doctors’ offices. Our interdisciplinary teams are highly motivated and built on a broad range of technical expertise with a strong technical foundation in domains such as mechanical and electrical engineering, mechatronics, natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, physics, mathematics, life sciences and biomedical analytics) as well as software and firmware.

**What will you do?**:
- You ensure that the team works efficiently and effectively
- Support the team with focus on sprint goals and help resolving impediments
- Integrate medical device development processes into the agile process, as well as accompanying and supporting the team in the planning and implementation of these processes (risk, requirements and specification management, design specifications) in terms of quality assured development according to ISO 13485
- Drive the continuous improvement process, among other things through retrospectives
- Active participation in recruiting, personnel selection and development
- Communication and coordination within and between teams
**What do you bring?**:
- Experience in leading teams, ideally as a Scrum Master
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with the accompanying processes of medical device development (relevant experience is a plus)
- Experience with agile development methods also outside of SW development is an advantage
- Strengths in conflict management and empathy
- Technical or humanities studies is desirable
- Education as a coach is a plus

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du sorgst dafür, dass das Team effizient und effektiv arbeitet
- Begleitung des Teams mit Fokus auf die Sprint-Ziele sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Impediments
- Integration der Prozesse der Medizingeräte-Entwicklung in den agilen Prozess, sowie Begleitung und Unterstützung des Teams bei der Planung und Umsetzung dieser Prozesse (Risiko-, Anforderungs
- und Spezifikationsmanagement, Designspezifikationen) im Sinne der qualitätsgesicherten Entwicklung laut ISO 13485
- Treiben des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses u.a. durch Retrospektiven
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Recruiting, Personalauswahl und -entwicklung
- Kommunikation und Koordination in und zwischen den Teams
**Dein Profil**:
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, idealerweise als Scrum Master
- Bereitschaft, Dich in die begleitenden Prozesse der Medizingeräte-Entwicklung einzuarbeiten (entsprechende Erfahrung ist ein Pluspunkt)
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden auch außerhalb der SW-Entwicklung ist ein Vorteil
- Stärken im Konfliktmanagement und Empathie
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder geisteswissenschaftliches Studium ist wünschenswert
- Eine Ausbildung als Coach ist ein Pluspunkt
