Marketing Manager Scaffolding

**Company Description**:

- In the Scaffolding Team of the Doka Group, you will actively work on successful market entries of scaffolding and drive marketing activities in the upcoming years
- You develop strategic marketing approaches and ensure their effective implementation together with Corporate Marketing
- You actively obtain and work with market knowledge and insights for strategic developments
- You drive brand building and thus create a strong and well-known brand on the scaffolding market
- You implement marketing measures online and offline (website, newsletter, social media, whitepapers, webinars, trade fairs...)
- You create content in image, text and video in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers
- You always keep an eye on the performance of the marketing measures and control and optimize them constantly

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of marketing or communication on the corporate and/or agency side, ideally you have already successfully accompanied market entries
- You master the balancing act between strategic foresight and operational implementation
- You think outside the box, come up with creative ideas and find ways to achieve our goals
- You have an excellent sense for inspiring content, enjoy creating texts and have a trained graphic eye
- You have knowledge of common marketing tools
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment, teamwork and initiative, and have a quick grasp of new ideas
- Excellent written and spoken English skills round off your profile

**Additional Information**:

- The position is classified as group IV according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a monthly minimum full-time salary of EUR 2.792,-; actual salary depending on qualification and experience.
