**Your new responsibilities**:

- Beherrscht den Wafermounter Prozess
- Aufbau von Engineering Samples
- Abarbeitung von Losen nach definierten Prozesskriterien / Spezifikationen
- Eintragen von Produktionsdaten in die hausintern verwendeten Datensysteme (Promis, SPC..)
- Allgemeine und prozessbezogene Reinigungstätigkeiten
- Einhaltung der Sicherheits
- und Reinraumbestimmungen
- Einstellung, Kontrolle bzw. Überwachung der Maschinen sowie die dazugehörenden Messgeräte und Mikroskope

- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
