**Business Development and Sales Management**:
In this role you'll budget and plan resources to manage profitability and sustainability of the network, partnering with the key internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring and effectively controlling costs to ensure business profitability, implementing specific initiatives. As a retail manager you'll also be in charge of designing, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve targets, ensuring alignment with the Brand strategy. Ensure sales goals and KPI are achieved through a constant monitoring and support of Retail teams' performance In accordance with Marketing and HQ, you'll define and monitor successful marketing strategies in terms of campaigns, initiatives, and events for Brand awareness
**Customer Understanding & Engagement**:
You'll not only be in charge of sponsoring and supervising the customer centric approach boosting styling, storytelling and selling ceremony in all the Direct Operating Stores but also manage attracting new customers and foster loyalty with the existing customers.
**Team Development and Team Spirit**:
In this role you'll share and communicate the vision for the organization to create an environment of inclusion and engagement with all the teams. You'll also build Retail key capabilities and define people standards to implement the Brand Strategy, by partnering with HR. Another aspect of this role will be actively supporting and coaching the sales teams to achieve their business goals.
**Brand Presentation**:
In this role you'll partner with Product and Commercial giving insight to define the buying strategy. You'll also e nsure the identification and implementation of visual merchandising plans, ensure brand image consistency across all retail point of sales.Moreover you'll be also in charge of e nsuring Retail Training offer which is designed and delivered through all points of sales providing a full brand and product knowledge.
**Operations**:
Another exiting aspect of this role is that you'll act as a sponsor for all operations projects and activities in order to achieve operational excellence standards. You'll a nticipate potential risks to the business, staff health & safety and implement contingency plans with relevant functional expert consulted. Another field of your responsibility will be s ponsoring a digital culture to foster business opportunities and CS.
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g. General Business, Sales Management, Marketing, Economics or similar)
- 10+ years’ experience in international retail sales within the fashion and apparel industry
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience in developing and executing engaging instore retail experience
- Experience in developing Customer Acquisition and Retention strategies
- Energetic, humble, approachable, and transparent personality who gets things done
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
