Graphic Communication Leader

Who you are
- You have experience of working in a graphic communications team within an IKEA company, an advertising agency or retail design studio.
- You have an education in graphic communication design, media and typography.
- You have advanced knowledge in working with common Graphic Design software and production tools (video editing).
- You are a team player and share our values: respect for each other and the will to develop yourself and your team personally and professionally.
- You have proven success in managing, inspiring, leading and developing people and creative processes.
- You have proven ability to prioritise and organise work in order to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
- Good in German and English both written and spoken.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking a leading role in overseeing the complete range of store communication.
- Using your graphic design skills, the IKEA Concept and IKEA visual and copy identity to create and implement graphic solutions that ensure clarity, consistency, simplicity and clear messages
- Develop, implement and evaluate store communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience
- Set clear expectations and standards regarding routines and responsibilities, work together withtheCom&In team and other store functions.
- Actively support in developing the department action plan with store communication initiatives that are focused on growing the business and support long-term profitability

For this position, we offer an monthly salary of EUR 2.500 gross per month. Depending on experience and qualification an overpayment is possible. Attractive social benefits are offered.
