Team Lead

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
STRABAG‘s Ventures & New Technologies Team is responsible for identifying and evaluating new technologies and business opportunities. As team lead for new technologies, your team consults STRABAG’s business units on operational and strategic matters in technologically new and challenging spaces. You will build upon existing know-how of STRABAG experts but enjoy operational freedom and flexibility in executing operational as well as strategically relevant projects.
- Management of recently established team “New Technologies” (3 direct reports) and further development of its service portfolio
- Generate hypotheses about technological trends for STRABAG and establish necessary partnerships
- Process requests from all business units and top management, set up and structure tech scouting projects, and allocate resources of your team accordingly
- Research and evaluation of new technologies and cutting edge solutions within the ConstructionTech and PropTech space
- Close cooperation with internal experts from the entire STRABAG Group and consideration of their expertise in your analyses and development of business cases

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar, MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, or a strategic role within a large organization
- Proficient German and English skills, written and spoken
- Strong leadership skills and ability to encourage and support junior colleagues in their development
- High analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and credible in building relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholder
