To further support our team, we are currently looking for a **Finance Specialist / Accountant (Full-Time, M/F/d)**. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, etc - Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. - Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors. - Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes **Job Requirements** - Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s degree, accounting certification). - Proven experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment. - Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., BMD, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in English (company language); additional language skills (e.g., German, Chinese) are an advantage. - Experience with international transactions and currency exchange is a plus **What W**e **Offer** - A young, goal-oriented team in an international setting. - Discounts on company products (up to 50% with a maximum of EUR 1000,00 annually). - A fast-growing, stable company. - Subsidized meals and a company lunch program. - Flexible working hours, with partial remote work available. - Access to "Corporate Benefits" - monthly offers from various partners. - Opportunities for (system) improvements and professional development.
