- Manage, grow and lead a team of up to 7 developers
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (Team leads & experts) to tackle challenges
- Manage existing Backend Services
- Cope with legacy code to implement modern best practices
- Build and implement an effective team structure to handle a variety of different systems

Unsere Erwartungen an Dich
- You have a couple of years of experience with Backend Services
- Extensive experience in and passion for being a Team Leader is a must
- Your knowledge of different Web Service Technologies (HTTP, JSON, Protobuf, REST) is excellent
- You're an expert in Python and MS-SQL
- People call you an inspiring personality willing to form and lead an incredible team
