**Acting for an international cooperation, you are responsible for driving the digital transformation throughout the company. Located in Salzburg where you are part of the cosmopolitan melting pot for nature and culture.**

**Strategic Direction**
- Directly reporting to the VP Marketing, located at headquarters in Austria in Salzburg, a cosmopolitan melting pot.
- Responsible for the global digital marketing strategy and implementation together with your team
- Driver of the company´s digital transformation globally, add value to the local teams, helping them to realise the company´s commercial strategy
- Select the right vendors, tools, platforms and partnerships according to business needs, implement them globally and enable an ROI
- Build digital sales channels to increase customer interaction, scouting on relevant digital revenue opportunities; make sure to have a proper understanding what clients ask for
- Acting with your team as an interface to the regional Marketing teams in different geographical regions globally

**Innovative Leader**
- University degree, MA or comparable in Marketing with a proven track record in leading digital transformation processes globally, ideally in a related industry and value chain
- Strong leader with an intercultural mindset and interest in being a sparring partner and expert advisor to business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, setting high standards and empowering teams
- Intercultural understanding, international work experience and fluent English
- Attractive working place in Salzburg, Austria
