Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen
**technischen PreSales Hitachi Data Systems(HDS) & Cisco Data Center (m/w/d).**

**Aufgabenbereich**:
Verantwortlich für die technische Beratung von HDS und Cisco Business Partnern und Kunden sowie technische Unterstützung der Kollegen in der Data Center Geschäftseinheit. Planung und Umsetzung von technischer Weiterbildung für die Datacenter und Hybrid Cloud Storage Community. Unterstützung der Herstellers bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, Lösungen und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für die Schulung der Kollegen. Beratung der Reseller-Partner vor Ort oder gemeinsam mit dem Reseller beim Endkunden. Im Bedarfsfall Implementierungsunterstützung sowie Inbetriebnahme von Storage/Datacenter und Hybrid Cloud-Lösungen vor Ort gemeinsam mit dem Reseller beim Endkunden.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Abstimmung mit den Herstellern und Business Partnern zur Erstellung technischer Designs und Lösungen nach Kundenwunsch.
- Bereitstellung von Architekturlösungen auf Kundenstandorten auf hohem Niveau.
- Bereitstellung von technischem "Pre-Sales-Support".
- Bereitstellung von internem Vertriebssupport rund um die Produktfunktionalität.
- Bereitstellung von Schulungen für bestehende Business Partner und Reseller die eine Partnerschaft anstreben sowie Endbenutzer bei Bedarf.
- Bereitstellung von Unterstützung für PreSales Kollegen anderer Bereiche und Zusammenarbeit mit diesen um Gesamtlösungen für Endkunden zu erarbeiten
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Sicherstellung von Zertifizierungen zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsanforderungen und auch der zukünftigen Ausrichtung.

**Kenntnisse Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung**:

- Gute technische Kompetenz im Bereich Storage und Storage-Netzwerke sowie Data Center Umfeld
- Kompetenz in Hybrid Cloudlösungen.
- Analytische und koordinierende Fähigkeit um Projekte im Team technisch erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Ein Teamplayer, der in der Lage ist, auch selbstständig zu arbeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Dokumentation.
- Kaufmännisches Gespür für die optimale Kundenlösung.
