As a **Performance Marketing Specialist**, you will play a key role in driving Tset's growth by optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and generating high-quality leads. We are looking for someone available for 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days. The position can be either freelance or through an employment contract.

**What to expect from this role**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels, with a focus on acquiring and nurturing high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, including CPC, CPL, and ROI, ensuring budget efficiency and effective targeting.
- Utilize (LinkedIn) Campaign Manager to create, launch, and refine lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, improving lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards within HubSpot and Google Analytics to track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, automation, and the B2B SaaS landscape.

**What you should bring**:

- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
- Understanding / Knowledge of HubSpot for CRM, sales, and marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, including funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance metrics reporting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 45.000 gross per year for a full-time role (equals to annual gross of € 23.376,62 for 20 hours) for the requirements mentioned above. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's skills and expertise.
