Our mission is to create airsoft products that people love. We are a young and motivated team of 70+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries with a powerful online presence (YouTube 5M subscribers, FB & Instagram 1.5M, etc.), and operating internationally. **Key Responsibilities** We heavily rely on digital channels to communicate with our global target audience. Airsoft marketing presents specific challenges, and to overcome them, we need a creative thinker who can capture the attention of relevant audiences. Your role will include: - Manage and optimize performance ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. - Implement data-driven digital marketing by leveraging tools like GA4, GSC, or Looker Studio. - Explore new marketing channels such as Amazon FBA and others to reach target audiences. - Optimize existing campaigns and find innovative ways to expand our reach. **Job Requirements** -_ Mandatory_ - Fluency in spoken and written English (company language). - Proven track record in digital marketing with strong results. - Competence in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a basic Google Tag Manager (GTM) understanding. - Knowledge of brand marketing and product promotion. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to use Generative AI in a balanced way. - On-site presence. **Extra Requirements - **_not mandatory_ - Interest in airsoft or a willingness to learn about it. - Overview of other popular digital platforms (WooCommerce and WordPress, organic social, etc.). - Experience with other Ad platforms (Amazon, TikTok, X, Reddit, Taboola). - Actual SEO experience. - Experience with Amazon retail. **What W**e Offer** - Young, goal-oriented team and an international environment. - Access to unique digital know-how: marketing in restricted industries. - Company MacBook for work use. - Discount on company portfolio (50%, max. €1000 per year). - Growing and stable organization. - Company lunch program/Meal subsidies/Edenred card. - Flexible working hours & home office. - Lots of opportunities to improve systems and shine individually. - _ "Corporate Benefits" - monthly changing offers from various companies_ According to the collective agreement, the **minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 2,229.00** (full-time).
