In this role you’ll globally lead the brand’s music content strategy, creating and guiding countries on developing authentic, purposeful, and recognizable content linked to our Music Marketing assets as well as creating some original music content formats. You’ll work alongside the Head of Music Network to develop, execute, and oversee projects that define the global strategy of Red Bull’s music program.
**DEVELOP & EXECUTE KEY PROJECTS**
As Content Lead - Music you’ll be accountable for a music content strategy that meets the global brand, creative, and quality standards of Red Bull. This will include original content formats and series, creations amplifying our global roster of music events, as well as special one-off projects. These projects will often need to be replicable across multiple markets. To do so, you'll be responsible for presenting and representing the music content strategy to senior leadership and multiple country teams.
**NETWORK & COLLABORATION**
In this role, you’ll be working with 1 direct report to collaborate with and manage stakeholder feedback across a variety of departments, at both Red Bull HQ and within local markets. In order to optimize content, you’ll work with Red Bull’s programming and content analyst teams to track audience metrics and adjust our content accordingly as well as managing delivery of projects to ensure they are both editorially strong and budgetarily efficient.
**COUNTRIES SUPPORT**
Last but not least, you’ll share your expertise in both the global music landscape and executive-level content production with our local teams by providing useful and clear feedback and input. This will be achieved through executive oversight (creative & production) and close collaboration with a variety of local teams.
**Qualifications**:
7+ years’ experience in a mature media market.
Experience working at an Executive Producer or Head of Content level.
Experience working with musicians and the music industry.
Outstanding storytelling skills and proven track record of digital, social, TV content creation, and activation.
A great reputation with strong global contacts in both the music and content production industries.
Knowledge of audience analytics, audience development, and the ability to understand and learn from data.
Excellent presentation, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills as well as a strong experience with senior-level stakeholder management
Confident, self-starting decision-maker and problem-solver, who is also a team player.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,102 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
