**Bricsys is looking for a talented CAD support professional with a strong background in CAD and/or BIM solutions and superb communication skills**. As the Support Analyst, you will take care of our customers, find solutions, help them use the software, and make a difference in customer satisfaction.

The person can work in any of our office locations in the Netherlands, Austria or Germany or fully remote.

**In this role, you**
- When investigating issues, you try to find a workaround for our customers so they can continue their work while analysing the issue in detail and providing development with all needed information to resolve the problem efficiently.
- Provide support not only to our customers and partners, but also to industry experts, consultants, and Bricsys staff.
- Deliver services such as assisting customers with installing and licensing their software, solving issues or explaining how to accomplish certain tasks with the software, and on occasion you host short training sessions.
- Work close with the rest of the team and our partners, to share knowledge and increase the quality of the service we provide.

**Your profile**
- Proven experience in CAD/BIM solutions preferably combined with a background in customer support.
- Technical computer knowledge and/or programming notions are an asset.
- A strong and confident communicator with good written and oral communication skills.
- Native (or native-level) German speaker with business fluent English. Any other language is a plus.
- The ability to work independent in a global environment, while coordinating your work with team members located in different time zones - communicating openly and escalating problems timely.
- Proven effectiveness collaborating with engineers, demonstrating the ability to understand and explain complicated technical issues.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative international environment with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
