We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Assistant Fashion Designer to join our dynamic fashion design team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion and a flair for design. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from concept to production, assisting in the creation of stylish and innovative dresses, coats, and leather bags.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Support**:
Assist lead designers in the development of new designs and collections.
Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions for design concepts.

**Sketching and Illustration**:
Create sketches and detailed drawings using both hand-drawing techniques and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Develop technical drawings and specifications for production.

**Fabric and Material Selection**:
Help in selecting fabrics, leathers, and trims for garments and accessories.
Coordinate with suppliers to source and order materials.

**Sample Development**:
Collaborate with pattern makers and sewers to develop prototypes and samples.
Participate in fittings and suggest adjustments to improve fit and design.

**Trend Research**:
Conduct research on current fashion trends, colors, materials, and techniques.
Compile research into trend reports and presentations for the design team.

**Production Coordination**:
Assist in overseeing the production process, ensuring designs are executed as planned.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of products.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Knowledge of garment construction, têxtiles, and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sketching and illustration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
