**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Technician to join our team in Austria, Vienna and become part of the global and continuously growing company.
To support our development & production team, we are looking for a new employee to start as soon as possible
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Participation in the development of new enzymes.
- Fermentation of microorganisms such as bacteria and yeast.
- Molecular biological analyses and co-development of enzymatic assays, from sample preparation to analysis.
- Protein purification by chromatography.
- Participation in all laboratory operations.
- Precise documentation of the experiments carried out.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree or relevant qualification (e.g. university, technical college or HTL degree in biology, chemistry, molecular biology or biotechnology, or similar relevant training with a scientific background).
- Experience in the field of molecular biological methods, fermentation or protein purification would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of German (spoken and written), very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and computer skills (MS Office).
- Independent and accurate way of working, communication and team skills.
- High level of initiative and flexibility.
