Join us as and be part of a colorful pack of high performers as we redefine the snacking culture globally and illuminate how food can nourish the whole person and the whole society. **YOUR TASKS**: - You are supporting to build an ERP system within Oracle NetSuite - After implementation of the system you are the contact for ERP topics within the team - As you proactively keep yourself informed about news in the Oracle NetSuite world, you support the team in the internal maintenance of the knowledge transfer, train team, write protocols and implement them. - You focus on the development of new ERP processes, especially with regard to the growing production and/or purchasing processes, and continuously optimize them. - You plan and support the rollout with commitment, including change management, training, and personal support for users. - You conscientiously ensure that the new ERP system “Oracle NetSuite” and function is smoothly integrated into the production environment. - Together with the interdisciplinary process management team, you will continuously work on the further development of the ERP system. - Through close collaboration with various departments, you understand the specific requirements of the processes and implement them successfully. **YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**: - Experience in ERP environment building is an advantage - Knowledge and experience in Oracle NetSuite system is an advantage. - Independent and proactive way of working - Enthusiasm for customer support with high solution and service orientation - Very good communication skills and team player - Analytical skills, problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational skills. - Entrepreneurial skills - being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organization. - Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking." **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: - CULTURAL, TEAM AND TASK DIVERSITY - FAST PERSONAL AND CAREER GROWTH - FLAT HIERARCHY AND 100% FAMILY BUSINESS - OWNED AND - RUN - BUILDING A GLOBAL GROUP WITH STRONG LOCAL FOCUS - GLOBAL TRAVEL: TRADE SHOWS AND BUSINESS MEETINGS FROM DAY 1
