**Your Role**

We are looking for a highly driven and engaged Medical who takes over the hybrid role of a Medical Scientific Expert (MSL & Medical Advisor) in our Oncology team. Join our innovative and transformational Medical Affairs team and take an active part in the future development of our Austrian organization. This is an exciting time to focus on Oncology within our organization. You provide medical expertise to ensure the successful launch of new products and the optimal continuation of existing products, by closing the gap between innovation and improved patient care. Building key opinion leader relationships through scientific interactions, as well as gaining insights into trends and innovations in the market, you serve as scientific information source and partner both externally and internally for Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues. You will also train external as well as internal stakeholders, organize scientific meetings including advisory boards, facilitate continuous medical education, communicate with KOLs in clinical trials and pre-launch settings and collaborate with them on Investigator Sponsored Trials.

**Who you are**
- You have a medical/scientific background (e.g. PhD, Pharm D, MSc or MD)
- You ideally gained 3+ years’ experience within Medical Affairs
- You possess Oncology experience and have knowledge of this disease area in Austria
- You are flexible regarding travel to regularly interact with external stakeholders
- You have a hands-on and proactive approach
- You are fluent in German & English
- You are able to quickly obtain insights and identify emerging scientific concepts and its potential future clinical implications
- You possess excellent communication skills
- You enjoy working in cross-functional teams

We offer you an attractive salary package with the social benefits of a global player. Your annual salary depends on your experience and performance, the salary band for this position starts with 60.000 €.
