Junior Marketing Associate, Northern Europe

Note: This role is temporary. We are offering a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.
**What you'll do**:

- **
Strategic Partnerships**:

- Build and grow partnerships with key strategic partners in Northern Europe
- Lead the research, identification, prioritisation and execution of new partnership opportunities to help Superpedestrian achieve increased brand awareness, new customers and revenue
- Figure out ways in which to develop joint marketing activities and co-marketing plans
- Review and analyse performance of partnerships after each campaign and advise opportunities for improvements & further developments

Marketing Campaigns**:

- Identify, and prioritize local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns or activations against them. Leading content creation and setting up campaigns in Braze.
- Ideate Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in locally and position Superpedestrian’s Link scooters as the number one choice of carbon-free travel in Northern Europe
- Work with local content creators (photographers/videographers) to generate stunning visual assets that can be used for social media, marketing collateral to support app traffic and ultimately user growth
- Supporting the development, execution of citywide marketing campaigns, including copywriting experience for web, digital and traditional out of home

In-person events**:

- Work directly with the marketing team and operations to coordinate brand awareness with in person event activation
- A-Z management of From planning to execution of in-person events to launch the brand and then on-ward on a very consistent basis
**What you’ll bring**:

- Studies in marketing, communications or related field
- A proven track record of partnership development: scouting, database creation and managing relationships
- Experience in content creation and ability to brief creators for high quality and engaging marketing material
- Experience with in-person events ideation, planning, organisation and execution
- A strong customer-centric attitude, you are always thinking about how customers can better interact with the brand
- Multitasker, able to switch as priorities change
- Experience briefing content creators for creative projects (video and photo content)
- Ability to bring to life the Superpedestrian brand in a way that is both consistent with our global approach but also meaningful for local culture and customs
- Fluent in English, German and Swedish
- Self starter that exudes a can do, positive attitude
- Ability to work in Austria
- Local travel required

Nice to have**:

- Experience in micro-mobility, ride-sharing or other related field
- Braze or other CRM software
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) & Video editing skills (Premiere Pro)
