Your Tasks- Entering and archiving of registration cards
- Processing incoming mail
- Answering incoming questions and providing support for the external offices (in German and English)
- Patient data maintenance/data correction
- Your Profile- Initial professional experience in the administrative area as well as with databases is advantageous
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Team-oriented and reliable personality with an independent and accurate way of working
- Good skills in German and English required (written and spoken)

- Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 33,235.30.
