- **Summary**:
At CCH we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will build the marketing strategy and manage our portfolio for Austria.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire Brand Portfolio for Austria.
- Responsible for providing strategic portfolio recommendations in order to give more visibility and expand our health and beauty brands in the country.
- Own the portfolio channel mix and the respective brand P&L from top
- to bottom line.
- Communicate with cross functional teams to localize all the marketing material needed to expand our brand into new markets.
- Communicate constantly with the executive team to present the different Marketing Strategies and challenge them if needed.
- Work with a mix of international and local markets.
- Responsible for actioning the marketing strategy from an E2E perspective.
- Close collaboration with the DACH and Global Marketing Team

**Experience profile**:

- 10+ yrs sound experience and track record as a (business) marketeer / Marketing Manager in FMCG, preferably in the healthcare and beauty sector and with an international environment/corporate
- Proven track record in working with different offline and online sales and communication channels
- Experience working with international brands is a plus
- Experience dealing with a big portfolio of products
- Proven experience and/or affinity with health products or - market
- Excel at stakeholder management and connecting people
- Game changer mindset, leadership, ownership/accountability, project management, Communicative, entrepreneurial, creative, strong personality, pro-active
- Proven track record in working in an international matrix organization
