The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Loss Prevention Officer**

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be instrumental in protecting our guests, employees and assets.

**Your tasks**:

- Conducting tours in and around the building
- Reporting of all incidents and anomalies
- Securing the building against unauthorized entry
- Maintaining the safety of guests and staff
- Enforcing house rules
- Supporting other departments

**Your Competencies**:

- Experience in the security sector
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High resilience in stressful situations
- Committed and courteous behavior towards staff and guests
- Willingness to work shifts
- Willingness to participate in internal training
- Team player and responsible way of working
- Good computer skills in Excel and Word
