In order to reinforce the SCM Team in Vienna we are currently recruiting for a

**SCM Manager**

As the Supply Chain Manager in Jet Aviation Vienna, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the companys supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tactics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.Description/Tasks:

- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize the companys operations.
- Managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution of Spare parts and tools.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering products on time and in full
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Managing a team of supply chain professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualification/Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Aviation Industry
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and distribution partners.
- Fluency in English and German, any other language is of advantage.
- Experience working in a global supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools to track, analyze, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
