Join REWE Handel International in a role that offers deep insights into the organisation as well as a part in designing of the future structure. You will work alongside a board member of REWE Handel International with a focus on IT, logistics, HR and finance; responsible for 13 organisations in 9 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. You will be intensively involved in strategy and project work, develop and interpret decision templates and derive recommendations for action. As a competent contact person, you coordinate overlapping tasks from different areas and ensure professional communication with internal and external partners. In addition, you are part of the Organisational Integration Design Team and actively contribute to the future cooperation and process structure of REWE Handel International.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Varied as retail business is**:

- Close alignment with the board member and execution of discussed assignments
- Steering and content-related support of the strategy process as well as ensuring cross-departmental synchronisation
- Conception, organisation and management of cross-departmental projects and change processes
- Management of the portfolio of projects and initiatives of the Executive Board division
- Preparation and interpretation of decision papers and derivation of fields of action
- Professional preparation of presentations, preparation of analyses and handling of ad-hoc enquiries

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - As strong as our brands**:

- Successfully completed studies in economics or law (university, FH)
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment in a senior function (e.g. as senior consultant or project manager) and/or in a relevant staff position (e.g. strategy, corporate development or similar)
- Experience in conception, organisation and management of projects
- Very good analytical skills in dealing with evaluations or reports
- Proactive personality with a distinct ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new areas of responsibility
- Integrity in dealing with confidential information
- Self-organisation, independence and excellent networked thinking
- Committed and confident appearance
- Willingness to travel on business to international locations of the group of companies
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
