Internship in Data Analyses

The intern (M/F/d) for data analyses within the Installed Base (=IB) team will support the team in providing maintenance for the Jenbacher Gas Engines Installed Base database. In this role, you will work cross functionally both with internal (service, sales, manufacturing, etc.) and with external customers to provide up-to-date information on engines in the current Jenbacher fleet. This information will be used to identify engine upgrade opportunities, accurately forecast service sales, etc.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team in timely update of Installed Base data in general and the Installed Base data provision to the INNIO internal data users
- Help in establishing good working relationships with the INNIO regional service departments and channel partners to promote collaborative data sharing
- Act as point of contact for Jenbacher Installed Base data related requests
- Own Installed Base data cleaning and quality checks which include data correction and updates maintenance workflow
- Identify data defects based on reports and automated data quality checks and organize the defect fixes
- Pro-actively support the team enhancement of Installed Base system & processes to improve business impact
- Support INNIO projects where the usage of Installed Base data is part of the project or Intalled Base data is impacted

**Your Profile**:

- Student or graduate form a technical and/or commercial educational background
- Advanced user of MS-Office, ideally additional knowledge on data tools and environments (SQL, Python, Power Automate, etc.)
- Strong analytical and good problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.548,82 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
