This is a great opportunity for a seasonned finance professional to join a truly global organisation and rapidly develop your career within a multinational and dynamic environment. **Major Tasks & Responsibilities**: **Finance**: - Preparation and Review of Departmental P&Ls, quarterly & annual financial statements, and annual budgets. - Liaise with external advisors on the preparation of statutory financial information, tax computations. - Oversee the day to day Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Credit, GL, Capital Expenditure, Payroll, VAT, Treasury, Revenue Recognition and Cost Accounting. - Prepare timely internal monthly accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflows, and Analysis) for review by the Regional and Global Accounting teams. - Provide required information/documentation for Internal Control Evaluations and Internal/External Financial Statement Audits. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities and drive initiatives to promote efficient and cost effective operations. - Participate in decisions regarding financial strategy and business operations execution. - Provide financial and accounting expertiese and support for the regional business operations management teams (budgets etc.). - Assist in the preperation and execution of financial policies and procedures **Compliance**: - Promote a culture of compliance with Company policies and government regulations, - Serve as a role model and leader in the demonstration of ethical business practices and conduct. - Proactively communicate with his/her team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
