**Was wir uns wünschen**
- **Abgeschlossenes Studium**: Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
- **Berufserfahrung**: im Entwicklungsbereich, idealerweise im Automotivumfeld
- **Führungserfahrung**:in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines Teams
- **Kenntnisse**: Automotive Core Tools
- **Erfahrung**: mechanische Konstruktion und Simulation
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Das erwartet Sie**
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von ca. 7 Mitarbeitenden für den Bereich System Engineering
- Mitarbeit in der Projektabwicklung sowie Review des Projektstatus aktueller Kundenprojekte in technischer Hinsicht
- Unterstützung der Konzeptteams zur Anfragebearbeitung während der Angebotsphase
- Konzeptionierung und Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von Plattformen für Kundenprojekte
- Eskalations
- und Risikomanagement
- Verantwortung für KPIs sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse

Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für Arbeiter und Angestellte der EEI, Beschäftigungsgruppe **G**. Mindestgehalt brutto **€** **59.015,46** p.a. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist vom jeweiligen Profil abhängig und entspricht selbstverständlich ortsüblichen Gehältern.
