Lingvano’s mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people. The way we do that is by creating easy-to-use sign language courses for real-life situations.

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to take part in our journey of delivering the best digital sign language education in the world

Tasks
- Supporting the Marketing and Content team in creating educational and entertaining videos about sign languages and Deaf culture for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Gathering social media insights to inform further social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Contributing to posts that cover topics related to Deaf culture, community, and sign language learning

**Requirements**:

- d/Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing (Preferably Vienna based)
- Fluent in at least one sign language
- Written English skills
- Motivated to learn the ins and outs of organic social media and influencer marketing
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has great communication skills
- Strong interest in social media and content creation
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
- Excited to spread the word about sign language learning and Deaf culture

This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week for immediate start. The paid internship runs for a course of 6 months and is based on a yearly salary of 18.000€ gross.

At the end of your internship, an evaluation for an extension or promotion to permanent employment is offered. In the internship, you will learn important skills needed for long-term career success. No matter which department you intern with, you are guaranteed to gain valuable insight, in-depth knowledge, and practical experience.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will learn how to be in front and behind the camera for all things social media, how to efficiently analyze social media insights for actionable takeaways, and how to write targeted social media copy.
