Your territory

**As connection between our teams, you will**:
Shape and execute our CRM strategy, leveraging data and technology to drive an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term customer loyalty
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of CRM initiatives and campaigns
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to drive targeted communication
Build a team of CRM specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to CRM, customer engagement, and data privacy, and develop strategies to incorporate these into the company's CRM approach
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, with at least 3 years of strategically owning the topic
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and practices, including segmentation, data management, and customer journey mapping
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Very good English skills
