**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Contribute to the build-up of the OMV Low Carbon Business from a business steering perspective
- Contribute to leading the steering of the profits and losses (P&L) of the global E&P Low Carbon Business, the CAPEX, OPEX and R&D budget for all LCB activities, centrally and across all E&P ventures, and the delivery of the LCB Operating Cash Flow as promised in the OMV group strategy
- Centrally steer and enable the LCB legal units that will be set up in the future
- Contribute to managing and steering the E&P Low Carbon Business globally, including LCB planning and budgeting, reporting, performance and portfolio management
- Plan, align, prioritize and steer the LCB R&D activities and the LCB technology implementation in order to optimally enable the achievement of the LCB business strategy
- Develop and align the LCB business models and business cases together with LCB business, technology and project teams and Finance functions, and ensure their realization to create efficiency, profitability and growth for OMV group
- Closely cooperate with E&P enabling Value Centers and Corporate Functions to jointly enable growth and profitability for LCB, E&P and OMV group
- Contribute to functionally leading, guiding and developing the Low Carbon Business Steering team members through vast know-how, experience and seniority in all Low Carbon Business Steering topics and act as a role model in the team for an agile, purpose-driven and effective way of working
- Act as deputy for the Senior Advisor Low Carbon Business Steering
- Closely align with the SVP Low Carbon Business, the VP Low Carbon Business Management, the Head of Low Carbon Business Steering, the Senior Advisor Low Carbon Business Steering, other Low Carbon Business Management departments, LCB Technical Development and other relevant E&P Value Centers and Corporate Functions

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in Business, technical or other relevant education
- Minimum 12 years professional work experience with extensive knowledge of P&L management, business planning, reporting, performance management and portfolio management
- Strong experience in business case calculation
- Strong understanding of business models, technologies and opportunities in the area of Low Carbon Business
- In-depth understanding of energy market trends and underlying drivers as well as of the overall transition of the industry landscape
- Strong skills in structuring complex topics, in assessing and modelling data and in developing convincing and relevant conclusions
- In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
