Your new responsibilities
- Lead/support projects and work packages in the areas of semiconductor technology and wafer manufacturing.
- Define and plan projects and required resources in cooperation with the project owner/line management.
- Execute and manage projects. Ensure goals, timelines and cost targets are met.
- Proactively manage project risks.
- Implement corrective actions for deviations and assure in time escalation if required.
- Periodic reporting of project status, deviations, risks and mitigations to the owner/steering committee.
- Ensure smooth handover to the line organization.
- Key contact for project/program stakeholders, manage interdependencies between projects, collaborate with involved departments within line organization.
- Contribute to the project community within the corporation to develop project management best practice and culture.

What we look for
- Engineering master/bachelor degree or similar.
- 3 years+ industry experience with focus on technology and/or manufacturing, semiconductor experience is beneficial.
- 3 years+ experience in project management
- IPMA Level B certification or similar is beneficial.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, respectful. Likes to work with people.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written). German beneficial.
