YOUR TASKS

PARTICIPATION... in HR controlling and reporting (monthly evaluations, various key figures, etc.)
SUPPORT... in the preparation of ad-hoc reports and statistics
IMPLEMENTATION... of analyses
PARTICIPATION... in various HR controlling projects
SUPPORT... in the digitalization of our HR reporting tools
PREPARATION... of presentations
SHAPING... the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

Ongoing business studies with focus on controlling u/o human resources
Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot, SV references, etc.)
High affinity for numbers and analytical skills
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Professional handling of sensitive data
TEAM CAPABILITY and RELIABILITY
Home office possible on a daily basis after initial training
