**Job Title**: IT Support (Full-Time)

**Job Type**: Full-Time; Payroll or Contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive deskside support, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems.
- Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory.
- Utilize SCCM for system deployments, updates, and inventory.
- Document technical procedures and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in deskside support for hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with Active Directory for user account management and permissions.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
