Your mission
- Further Implementation of the Continuous Improvement Framework in the Paper Business Segment (BS) with 4 paper mills
- Coordination of CI activities across the business segment,
- Deriving to BS priorities
- Develop/ Mentor annual CI roadmaps in line with the established framework and BS/ mill priorities
- Support/Guide the implementation of improvement projects
- Monthly follow-up and reporting
- Improve Quality performance and further develop Mondi Quality culture and standards (skills, processes, tools) in Paper Business Segment
- Support sites in scope following risk-oriented, customer-centric approach
- Define and Implement Quality Improvement Initiatives across the BS
- Act as ambassador and change agent to improve Quality awareness and culture

**Profile**:

- Approx. 3-5 years professional experience, preferably in both continuous improvement and quality with a stronger focus on CI
- Ideally, experience in an international environment and operations
- Strong educational background in a technical discipline
- Excellent English skills are required, any additional language advantageous
- Ability to understand complex processes with a proactive approach to problem solving
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels of the organization
- Practical “hands on” personality with a result oriented, agile mind-set and focus on teamplay

**Offer**:

- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 65.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
