**Your Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations
- Generate reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Lead strategic planning and ensure the seamless execution of executive priorities
- Drive collaboration across departments to enhance efficiency and alignment
- Oversee and manage key company initiatives, ensuring timely execution
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while implementing proactive solutions
- Streamline executive workflows to optimize organizational effectiveness
- Manage Board of Directors relations
- Support business growth by identifying innovation and market expansion opportunities
- Foster internal communication, ensuring transparency between leadership and employees
- Represent the CEO in meetings and high-level discussions, driving initiatives forward
**Your Qualifications**:
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or senior leadership role in a high-tech or fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact project execution
- Strong background in working with C-level executives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive key business priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field
