**Spa Receptionist**

With a menu of award-winning and highly-crafted organic Susanne Kaufmann treatments and cosmetics, the hotel spa uses ingredients specially collected from Bregenz Forest in Western Austria. As a Spa Receptionist, you welcome our nationaland international guests in ourSpa area andensure that ourguests always enjoy a warm, relaxed, yet refined ambience.

Providing a professional consultation for of our guests regarding alltreatments and products is keyto you. You have an overviewof all appointments and are the link between theguests and ourmasseurs, therapists and beauty specialists. With your team spirit, you are working closely with all our ladiesand gentlemen atthe spa.

With passion,you take careof any guestcorrespondence, are tracking the daily income and arejointly responsible for the highest levels of cleanlinessand hygiene inthe spa, adheringto all Ritz-Carltonstandards.

**Your Competencies**:

- Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality
- Fluent in English and German (every other language is advantageous)
- A valid work permission for Austria
- Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
- Sincere care for our clients and their requests
- A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
