- Co-lead the B2C Omnichannel Tribe with a focus on the Tech agenda, ensuring technology drives business results and overall performance
- Define and implement the Tribe’s technology vision and roadmap to support strategic objectives
- Allocate Tech resources effectively across squads to optimize delivery and execution
- Co-own Tribe KPIs, with a strong focus on Tech/IT-related delivery and performance metrics
- Lead and develop Tech Chapter Leads, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Do you have experience in leading tech-driven teams within the telco-industry and aligning technology with business goals to drive performance?
- Can you define and implement a technology vision and roadmap that supports strategic objectives and market demands?
- Do you have expertise in resource allocation and optimizing Tech/IT delivery across squads to ensure efficiency and execution?
