For a customer based in Wiener Neustadt, a company in the aviation sector, we are now looking for a passionate **Quality Assurance Manager (M/F/x)**.

Your Responsibilities:

- You are a responsible and solution-oriented **EASA Form 4 post-holder**:

- You ensure conformity and approval of all internally produced parts for aircraft production
- You manage the incoming goods inspection team for all externally procured items and materials
- You lead your team of 20 efficently, positively and sustainably
- You communicate with and support the QA departments of our international sites
- You manage the test equipment monitoring
- You create and maintain test plans and all QA procedures in the production area
- You organize and approve product audits
- You regularly record and analyze quality indicators and control quality processes accordingly

Your Qualification:

- Six Sigma training/experience is an advantage
- Good IT skills / confident handling of MS Office
- Very good English and German knowledge in written and spoken

Your Professional Experience:

- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of quality assurance, aircraft construction or aircraft maintenance
- Several years of experience in quality assurance/aircraft development, manufacture or maintenance
- Experience in processing fiber composite materials

You Have:

- A high level of quality awareness
- An independent, responsible and proactive working style as well as an empowering leadership style
- Strong customer orientation
- Efficient communication skills and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel
