Assembly Operator

TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**Your tasks**:

- Supervision of a modern fully automatic relay production in a team of assembly operators
- Responsibility for a smooth process flow

**What your background should look like**:

- Completed technical education
- Willingness to work in shift operation
- Very good knowledge of German
- Relevant work experience is an advantage

**Our Offer**:
We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement. This is € 2,250.50 - 2,401.40 gross per month (14 times per year).

We expressly point out the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and training.
