Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a renewable energy company that is looking to hire a senior M&A associate to join them in Vienna.

**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**
- Responsible for supporting the M&A team with completing acquisitions and debt & capital raises.
- Leading/managing transactions (SPA negotiations, due diligence etc.)
- Lead valuations and conduct analysis of acquisition targets.
- Presenting possible acquisitions to the senior management team.
- Reports into VP M&A.

**Key Qualifications / Experience**
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity etc.
- A degree in Economics or Finance from a reputable institution.
- Experience working in the renewable energy market/sector.
- Strong experience with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Located in Vienna.
