Process Development and Industrialization- Entry as of now- The Ebner European Monocrystal Operations (EEMCO) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute in the build-up of Europe based Silicon Carbide substrate manufacturing. As a member of the R&D team you will investigate and establish innovative concepts for Silicon Carbide bulk crystal growth.**What you can expect from us**:

- Planning, ownership and execution of R&D projects in SiC crystal growth and supplementary technological processes
- Systematic documentation and presentation of R&D findings in archived reports
- Translation of successful R&D results into standard operating procedures
- Interaction in the areas simulation, metrology and operations

**How you convince us**:

- University degree in physics, materials science or a related discipline professional experience
- Relevant work experience in the field of semiconductor industry
- Strong in independent thinking, hypothesis generation and testing
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge in SiC and related materials preferred
- Interest in materials science and in particular crystal defects
- Physics based and/or data driven modelling background beneficial
- FEA multi-physics modelling COMSOL, ANSYS etc. background beneficial
- Statistics, data analysis and scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.)

**What we offer**: An attractive salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 43.918,00 according to the collective agreement for Gewerbe, Handwerk & Dienstleistung.
