**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
As a Working Student, you will support our team with a broad range of strategic and operational tasks, including:

- Supporting the team in the strategic development of the business
- Assisting in the identification and evaluation of consulting opportunities, such as portfolio analyses, benchmarking, white spot analysis, and organizational design, preparation of presentation.
- Contributing to the planning, preparation and coordination of internal projects within the CEECA zone and Globally.
- Assisting in the development of strategic, operational, and organizational recommendations.
- Helping to enhance internal methodologies and maintain knowledge management practices related to the relevant industry.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Currently enrolled student in Economics, Management, Law, Political Science or a related field.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Proactive, self-organized, and team-oriented working style.

**What else do I need to know?**

The gross annual salary for part-time (20 hours) according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 21,252.84.
