Internship in Operations

We are searching for enthusiastic students or recent graduates to join our **German-speaking** **Operations Team**, who ensures the success of** our supply (B2B) **and **demand (B2C) **by providing **operational support to external and internal stakeholders.** This role is targeted at someone who wants to play an active role in a fast-growing tourism tech start-up and look for an opportunity to learn and grow.

**HOW WE WORK AT CHECKYETI**

We** interact directly and collaborate closely with people across the company**, from the founders to the different teams (Sales, Business Development, Content and Marketing, Product). Within the Operations team, **we provide exceptional support **to our outdoor activity customers and activity providers, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for both.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**

Upon completing the** first week training**, you will seamlessly integrate into our **German-speaking team **(depending on the language you are fluent in). The different language teams are the core of our Operations Team, and collaborate daily, creating a unified and synergistic work environment.
- **Manage and monitor bookings **in your respective market **️**:

- **Maintain day-to-day operations**, from providing support to providers to helping customers
- **Take ownership **of and resolve cases efficiently from top to bottom, **ensuring exceptional service **for our providers and customers** ️**:

- **Build strong relationships **with our international providers and customers to craft and ensure unforgettable experiences
- **Train and assist providers** to utilize our back office and self-service tool to manage their bookings
- Discover and address any current process weaknesses within the operations team Problem solve and troubleshoot issues with Business Development and Content Team, to find and implement creative solutions, prioritize tasks and achieve common milestones

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You can efficiently balance **speed and a keen attention to detail** in your work
- You have **strong communication** and **time-management** skills
- You are **fluent in English** (C1) **and in German **(C1) - proficiency in additional languages is a big plus
- You are a **team player**, eager to learn and open to **give and receive feedback**:

- You enjoy new challenges, making things happen and have a can-do attitude
- You are flexible and **available to work during public holidays and weekends/high season**:

- You share our passion for outdoor sports and/or the travel industry
- Whether you are a current student, a graduate in a social science or business-related field (such as Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, etc.), or an exceptional talent from diverse sectors, we encourage you to apply
- Previous experience in tourism, service or start-ups is a plus
