Our Operations Department in Wiener Neustadt (Austria) is looking for a

***Global Transportation Manager (f/m/d)** **(100%)**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Transportation Teams in achieving global transportation synergies, optimization, and control of the transportation lanes within Triumph
- Lead and contribute to projects related to logistics/transportation such as network analysis, lead-time improvement, process optimization and cost reduction
- Prepare and support transportation tenders and rate negotiations for both existing and new lanes
- Develop and maintain KPIs and management information system to control freight budgets
- Respond to daily operational requests for transportation (e.g., rate queries, shipping instructions), and resolve related issues
- Act as coordinator and interface between main transport stakeholders like warehouses, suppliers, sales, and customers

**Your ideal profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or Transport
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management preferably in warehousing and transportation
- Practical know-how in distribution process optimization, transit time analysis, tender and rate negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Fluency in German and English languages
- Proficient IT knowledge regarding ERP (SAP preferred), TMS and Office Systems
- This position is paid according to the rules of the “Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement of Logistics”, with an appropriate overpay coming along with your professional experience._
