Die JMarquardt Technologies GmbH hat sich auf eine leistungsfähige Management-Software für die Organisation von Kongressen spezialisiert. Wir suchen eine vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die die Rolle des Projektmanagers übernimmt. Als Projektmanager sind Sie der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und die Schlüsselperson, die die Prozesse zwischen den Abteilungen koordiniert, um die Ziele zu erreichen und die Projekte innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens zu realisieren. Selbstverständlich sind Sie voll invoviert in unserer Expansionsstrategie.

**Für die Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Project Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung, Ausführung und tägliches Management von on-site sowie virtuellen / hybriden Projekten
- aktive Unterstützung und Beratung internationaler Kunden, um die Zufriedenheit zu überwachen und Korrekturmaßnahmen zu ergreifen (Verbände, PCOs)
- Überwachung und Verfolgung des Projektfortschritts inkl. Budget, Zeitplan und Umfang der einzelnen Projekte
- Planung und Steuerung von interdisziplinären Teams unter Anwendung von agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Projektmanagement-Team
**Ihr Profil**:

- mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Konferenzbranche sind von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und nachgewiesene Problemlösungs-, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch
- Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement
- selbstorganisiert, strukturiert und mit klaren Zielen
- Reisebereitschaft während Projektphasen (Europaweit)

JMarquardt Technologies GmbH specialises in powerful management software for the organisation of congresses. We are looking for a versatile personality to take on the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be the main contact person for our clients and the key person who coordinates the processes between the departments in order to achieve the goals and realise the projects within the given time frame. Of course, you will be fully involved in our expansion strategy.

**For the support of our team we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F/d) in full time.**

**Responsibilities**:

- planning, execution, and day-to-day management of assigned onsite and virtual / hybrid projects
- active support and advice for international customers to monitor satisfaction and take corrective actions (associations, PCOs)
- monitor and track progress, incl. budget, timeline, and scope on individual projects
- planning and management of interdisciplinary teams while using agile as well as classic project management methodologies
- work with management and the project management team to make best use of resource
**Requirements & skills**:

- at least three to five years of experience in project management
- Knowledge and experience in the conference industry is a plus
- strong attention to detail and proven problem solving, communication and organizational skills
