**About the role** **LOCATION**:Austria - Vienna**HOURS**:Full-Time**TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Permanent- Make It Real- We are currently looking for a Corporate Content Manager (M/F/d) for our Head Office in Vienna to define and develop corporate content strategies for assigned strategic topics and oversee the creation, editing and distribution of content across internal and external platforms. In this role, you will create engaging, accurate content that resonates with target audiences. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining consistent messaging and ensuring that content is aligned with Borealis' organizational goals and brand voice in support of Borealis' business strategy.Your role: - Plan, define, develop and implement the assigned content topics and manage the creation and production for all corporate communication channels (external, internal, leadership communication). - Corporate content creation including roadmap planning, strategic storytelling (key messages, campaign concepts, engagement strategy, etc.). - Provide senior management with storytelling and media relations support. - Ensure a "one voice" approach by aligning and consolidating senior leadership communications with strategic business objectives and related communications strategies. - Offer strategic guidance and consulting services to ensure that key messages are conveyed in alignment with the overall corporate and brand communication strategies, to optimize impact across the entire value chain and establish a competitive edge. **About you**- **Education and Experience**: Master's degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations, Business/Marketing/Reputation or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international business environment - **Communication** **skills**: Strong communicator with excellent German and English writing and editing skills. Understand the company's communications strategy and align content accordingly. Work seamlessly with other departments to create cohesive content. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. - **Social skills**: You are a team player with a proven ability to network and effectively maintain strong working relationships with senior executives. - **Creativity and Ideation**: You are creative and able to generate fresh content ideas. You think beyond the obvious and find innovative ways to engage audiences. - **Management Abilities**: You are proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
