Tasks

Development, preparation and teaching/coordination of courses, especially integrated courses and trainings
Supervision of Bachelor and/or Master theses
Supervision, management, organization of study and interdisciplinary projects
Regular writing of high quality publications
Active and passive participation in conferences
Acquisition and management of research projects
Establishment of new and deepening of existing industry contacts
Development, implementation and evaluation of new didactics
Cooperation in the expansion of international networks

Profile

Completed doctoral degree in International business, service management, innovation management or equivalent
Didactic qualification and experience in independent teaching
Experience in applied research and scientific publication and/or practical experience from the occupational field
Experience in the acquisition of research projects and funding
Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English
International experience an advantage
Initiative, teamwork, communication skills and spirit of innovation
