**Department Description**:
You will be part of the Data and Reporting Governance AT team, a key department within the Data Management AT area at Erste Bank. We are looking for a motivated professional to help shape the future of AI governance across Erste Bank and the Sparkassen network.

**Your Tasks**:

- Lead the implementation of an AI Governance Framework across Erste Bank and Sparkassen
- Ensure AI usage complies with Erste Group’s risk profile
- Perform control and oversight duties as part of a second line of defense function, including establishing regular monitoring mechanisms
- Review and validate AI initiatives, delivering clear assessments and governance outcomes to stakeholders
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Units

**Your Background**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Solid experience with Generative AI models and a strong understanding of the AI/model development lifecycle, including explainability and monitoring
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and clearly explain complex topics
- Proactive and self-driven approach to learning and knowledge sharing
- Responsible and growth-oriented attitude
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,8 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
